Overview
Atlantic lobster is one of the cold North Atlantic's most prized shellfish. We supply it wild-caught from Canadian waters, graded in 25-gram increments so buyers get the exact size profile their menu or retail programme calls for.
Choose whole cooked or whole raw lobster (typically 300–700 g, bulk 1 × 10 lb / 4.5 kg cases, with piece-packs on request), or our popsicle/brine pack — whole cooked lobster frozen in brine inside individual sleeves to protect the shell, packed 10 units per carton at 300–650 g. Tails and picked meat are also available.
Because we manage harvesting and processing together, we can commit to firm volumes, sizes and shipment windows, including repeat foodservice and retail programmes.
