Overview
Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) is the iconic groundfish of the Northwest Atlantic. Ocean Choice is a major quota holder, which means dependable access and supply for our customers across retail, foodservice and processing.
We offer a broad format range: shatterpack skinless fillets, cello-packaged fillets, fillet block, bits-and-pieces block, mince block, H&G with collar-bone on, premium single-frozen Atlantic cod, and both fresh and frozen fillets. Traditional split salted cod is also available.
H&G sizes run 4–8 oz, 8–16 oz and 16–32 oz; fillets are offered in 1–3 ct portions and bulk size bands from 0.5–1 kg up to 5 kg+. Pack formats include 4 × 10 lb and 10 × 5 lb blocks and 1 × 16.5 lb.
