Overview
Greenland halibut (Reinhardtius hippoglossoides), widely sold as turbot, is a deep-water flatfish with firm, rich flesh and high oil content. We source it from the cold North Atlantic and offer it two ways: frozen at sea on our offshore vessels within minutes of the haul, or frozen at our shore plants.
Frozen-at-sea formats include H&G in size bands from under 300 g up to 2 kg+ (1 × 12 kg packs), whole fish at 400–700 g and 700–1,000 g, and heads. Plant-frozen formats include H&G from under 300 g up to 5 kg+ (15 kg random packs) and heads.
All product is handled under HACCP- and QMP-approved processes, with no additives or preservatives, and the fishery is MSC certified.
