Overview
Our quota and plant network let us supply more than the headline species. Depending on season and fishery, we offer monkfish, Atlantic pollock, white hake, haddock, skate, squid, lumpfish roe and sea cucumber — wild-harvested from Canadian waters.
These species are processed across our Newfoundland & Labrador plants in formats suited to each market: whole, H&G, fillets, IQF and block, with packing to your specification. Lumpfish roe is processed at Bonavista; squid and other pelagic-associated species at Triton.
