Overview
Cold-water shrimp from the North Atlantic are smaller, sweeter and more tender than warm-water species. Our FAS (frozen-at-sea) fleet freezes them within minutes of harvest, locking in flavour and texture without the additives or preservatives common elsewhere.
We offer both raw shell-on shrimp — including the Ama Ebi grade prized in the sushi and sashimi trade — and cooked shrimp. The full count range spans roughly 70–90, 80–100, 90–120, 120–150, 120–170, 150–180, 180+ and 200+ pieces per kilogram, so you can match exactly the size your programme needs.
Packing options include 12 × 1 kg cartons, 5 kg cartons and 17 kg bags, with custom packing on request. The shrimp fishery is MSC certified.
